That Time of the Month

Umm.... During that time of the month, the calories don't count, right?
And whoever said working out reduces cramps was an idiot. And that's that.
Diet starts when I get back to Utah. And working out. I can't be counted on to do any of that while writhing in pain on the couch all day.

I can always tell when I'm suffering from the dreaded PMS. I want to eat nothing by processed, fattening crap. Sigh.

Ya met too I constantly crave milk chocolate when it's that o so special time! No so fun for sure. I figure a it will make me happy and mentally I can focus better when I am happy so why not induldge, but just a little! I have found that golden spoon or fat free sugar free chocolate cook n serve pudding helps when I am having bad cravings.
