No Fast Food

I decided to stop eating fast food. Of course, I didn't take into account the whole work issue and not bringing food for lunch. So I ate fast food for 2 days. Oh well.
Here's to getting healthy!

(Now I'm going to go make a cherry pie. Maybe I'll start tomorrow.)

lol...it's a goof thing I can't bake! I'd be in big trouble.

The way I gave up fast food was to budget, or earmark that money that I would have spent for other things. I miss fast food, and I admit I "cheat" once in awhile (In 'n' Out last night!), but it has worked well for me, as money is tight and money spent on fast food really adds up.

I usually bring my lunch and make my lunch the night before and bring it in a cooler so everything stays cold. It works well and it saves lots of money and fast food calories!
